Acceptance of Terms
By visiting elegantiosparkax.world, submitting a contact form, or purchasing any outdoor recovery product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. Elegantiosparkax offers the following outdoor recovery products and services, with descriptions and prices displayed on our Trail Essentials page:
- Forest Bathing Starter Kit (NZ$89.00): A physical product bundle including a guided practice journal, eco-friendly water bottle, lightweight sit pad, and laminated trail reference card.
- Guided Trail Recovery Session (NZ$145.00): A two-hour guided outdoor session on a curated Waikato trail, including pre-session consultation and post-session resource guide.
- Outdoor Mindfulness Bundle (NZ$72.00): A physical product set including a compact meditation cushion, weather-resistant journal, grounding exercise cards, and reusable organic tea flask.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing on elegantiosparkax.world are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update product specifications, and modify pricing without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the price agreed at the time of purchase confirmation.
Ordering and Payment
Orders for outdoor recovery products and session bookings are placed by contacting us through the form on our website or by visiting our Hamilton location. Upon receiving your enquiry, we will confirm product availability, session dates, total cost in NZD including any applicable shipping fees, and payment instructions. Payment must be received before physical products are dispatched or session dates are confirmed.
We accept payment methods as communicated during the order confirmation process. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable under New Zealand tax law.
Session Participation
Participation in Guided Trail Recovery Sessions and other field practice programmes offered by Elegantiosparkax is subject to the following conditions:
- Participants must be at least sixteen years of age, or accompanied by a parent or guardian who also holds a valid session booking.
- Participants must disclose any relevant physical limitations or health considerations that may affect their ability to participate in outdoor trail activities during the pre-session consultation.
- Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Elegantiosparkax guides, including trail etiquette, weather preparedness, and group conduct guidelines.
- Session cancellations by the participant must be made at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled session time to qualify for rescheduling. Cancellations with less notice may forfeit the session fee.
- Elegantiosparkax reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to severe weather, trail closures, or other safety concerns. In such cases, participants will be offered a full reschedule or refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on elegantiosparkax.world, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, practice guides, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Elegantiosparkax or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent. Product materials such as journals and exercise cards included in recovery kits are licensed for personal use only.

You may use elegantiosparkax.world for lawful purposes related to learning about and purchasing our outdoor recovery products and services. You agree not to:

If you are a consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, our outdoor recovery products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights are in addition to our Return Policy.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elegantiosparkax, its guides, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Use, your misuse of our outdoor recovery products, or your failure to follow safety instructions during field practice sessions, except where such claims arise from our negligence.
